This is what happens when you let a leak go on for a long time

Kevin Mau set the bathroom and hired ESP to grout with an epoxy grout. The next shower will be needed to in about 30-40 years.

The perimeter of the sink was regrouted with an epoxy grout. No more mildew anymore.

The seam in the counter top had broken. This is the
last time the client will have to deal with this problem.

Remember in most cases, if you have crack grout, you have loose tiles or a bad substrate
