The title setter has completed his work on the countertop and floor.   ESP was hired to apply epoxy grout to both surfaces

We had to remove all the cracked grout.   An application of expansion joint compound was required to fix the moving edge along the lawn

Generally, when you have cracked grout, you have loose tiles

In many instances, these corners are where water penetrates the sheet rock.   Caulking doesn't last long, and is not the proper repair

The windowsill is another site where water damage occurs

This is another caulking repair made by someone else.   This solution is not a true water barrier, and will not last long
